Aside from being unprofessional in tone and verbiage, this company has blatantly violated Florida law. Tenants had to wait weeks to receive lists of payments.
Management company complained about having to READ anything more than a couple of sentences.Company made blanket statements about the tardiness of clients payments, and then could not support these statements with physical evidence. Did not provide adequate notice of change in lease terms as per state requirements. Withholding of security deposits beyond state statutes of limitations with no communication, or other compliance of Florida law. Failure to properly resolve pest control problem pre-dating tenancy.
Refusal to communicate, especially in writing.Has left notices outside. Communication and lease has included not only tenants name spelled incorrectly, but management company's own mailing address spelled incorrectly. Operation of a management company, but sending out tenant invoices through the email address of a Pool Service.
Overall, an inexperienced, careless, unprofessional company.
This is not a professional company.They take advantage of tenants they believe do not have the resources to defend themselves or lack an understanding of their rights and the law--in addition to their own lack of knowledge.
